MiMa transforms fragmented project knowledge into a structured and continuously updated system. It connects product goals, requirements, architectural decisions, tasks and implementation facts in a single project map. Instead of treating specifications as static documents, MiMa maintains a living model of the project, tracks changes and preserves the reasoning behind key decisions. The system is designed to receive structured inputs from Mind Pipe and implementation feedback from Light Circuit.

From fragmented documentation to a living project model

Project knowledge is usually scattered across specifications, task trackers, source code, meeting notes and individual decisions. These sources quickly diverge: requirements become outdated, implementation details remain undocumented, and the reasoning behind important decisions is gradually lost. MiMa is designed as a structured knowledge layer for the entire project. It maintains a connected model of product goals, requirements, constraints, architectural decisions, tasks, components and implementation facts. Each element is stored not as an isolated note, but as part of a wider system of relationships. The project map is updated throughout the development lifecycle. New requirements can affect architecture and existing tasks; implementation results can confirm, refine or contradict the original specification. MiMa records these changes and preserves the context in which they occurred. Within the Hydra Alpha ecosystem, Mind Pipe prepares and normalizes incoming information, MiMa turns it into project knowledge, and Light Circuit connects that knowledge with tasks, development activity and implementation feedback. The goal is not to replace human analysis with automatic documentation generation. MiMa provides a controlled environment where AI can identify relationships, suggest updates and highlight inconsistencies, while meaningful changes remain visible and reviewable by a person.
